• Your employer's HR team, when you submit a document request for approval
• Infrastructure providers (hosting, database) under strict data processing agreements
• Law enforcement, when required by applicable law

We use industry-standard security measures including encryption in transit (TLS), secure authentication via Firebase, and access controls on our database. No system is 100% secure; we strive to protect your data but cannot guarantee absolute security.

We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. Generated documents are stored until you delete them or close your account. You may request deletion of your data at any time by contacting us.

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to:

• Request correction of inaccurate data
