1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using MTN Service ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.

2. Description of Service

MTN Service is a document automation platform that enables remote workers to request employment verification letters, salary certificates, and remote work authorizations from their employers. Documents are generated based on information you and your employer provide.

3. User Accounts

  • You must provide accurate information when creating an account
  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials
  • You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account
  • One person or entity per account; accounts are non-transferable

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Submit false or misleading information for document generation
  • Use generated documents for fraudulent purposes
  • Attempt to access other users' accounts or data
  • Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Platform
  • Use the Platform in violation of any applicable law

5. Document Accuracy

Documents generated by the Platform are based on information provided by you and your employer. MTN Service does not independently verify employment details. Your employer's HR team is responsible for reviewing and approving document requests. MTN Service is not liable for inaccuracies in approved documents.

6. Intellectual Property

The Platform, its design, code, and branding are owned by MTN Service. Documents generated through the Platform belong to you and your employer. You may not reproduce or redistribute the Platform itself.

7. Limitation of Liability

MTN Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform, including but not limited to visa application outcomes.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. You may close your account at any time by contacting us. Upon termination, your data will be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
